We get the signup sheet to you with prices and time slots on the sheets to make it easy.
Provide Space. A conference room, break room or a quiet corner is fine. After the day's sessions, the space can return to normal use.
Encourage Employees to use it. Make sure they know that you support the program. Use it yourself.
Employer or Employee pays. Whether the employer pays or the employee pays, the employer is a hero for allowing this program in their facility.
Uses only break time amounts of time. The sessions are either 15min or 30min per session and have been shown to be most effective when used about every two weeks. (Twice per month).
